Willow
  • Stock: 90 Carp 15-34lbs with an average of 25lb including 15 + different 30’s
  • Fishing from 12noon-11am 23hrs £30
  • Overnight ticket available (5pm-8am) £15
  • £180/23hrs whole lake (6 anglers) 
  • 7 Swims with a maximum of 6 anglers fishing
  • This lake can become weedy during the summer months, please consider this before you book.
  • A current EA rod licence is required before fishing.
  • 2 rod limit.
  • 12lb minimum breaking strain (no braided mainline).
  • Micro barbed hooks.
  • No fixed leads.
  • Pellet, boilie, and shop bought prepared particles are allowed.
  • Please use particles in moderation.
    NO NUTS, AS FREE OFFERING OR HOOK BAITS.
  • No plastics.
  • Maggots are permitted from Dec-Feb.
  • No wading/swimming in the water.
  • No boating or bait boats.
  • Do not leave rods unattended.
  • Retaining fish is only permitted whilst you get your mat, scales and camera equipment ready.
  • No fish are to be retained more than 10 minutes in a sling.
  • Please return the net, mat, sling and carp care provided to the allocated place before leaving.
James’ Pool
  • Tench to 6lbs/Crucian Carp 2.5lbs, 3lb Bream/Golden Rudd
  • 6am-8pm (£15) Mar -Oct
  • 8am/dusk (£10) Nov-Feb
  • £75/day whole lake (6 anglers Mar-Oct)
  • £60/day whole lake (6 anglers Nov-Feb)
  • Concessions available for over 65’s and under 16’s
  • £10 Summer £8 Winter (Concessions)
  • 6 swims with a maximum of 5 anglers fishing (except for whole lake bookings)
  • A current EA rod licence is required before fishing.

Fish Care

Nets, mats, slings, and carp care (propolis) are provided for both ponds.
NO WET GEAR IS ALLOWED ON SITE. ALL ANGLERS MUST USE THE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.

Swims & Access

Fishing from swims ONLY. Access to the far bank is permitted for baiting and observation
only.

General Rules

  • All litter must be taken home. Anyone found leaving litter will not be welcomed back.
  • No driving past the car park.
  • No under 16’s on Willow.
  • Under 16’s can fish on James’ Pool, but must be accompanied by a full paying angling adult.
  • The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be banned.
  • Alcohol is allowed, but in moderation. Anyone found abusing this rule will be asked to leave.
  • Dogs are permitted but must be on a lead whilst being exercised. All mess must be picked
    up and taken home.
  • No fish to be removed from site. Catch and release ONLY.
  • BBQ’S permitted in the designated areas.
  • No open fires.
  • You must not enter the site before the allocated time. This is to ensure anglers leaving have space to pack up and clear the carpark.
  • 1 non angling guest permitted, over the age of 16 when accompanied by a full paying angler.
  • Viewing the fishery is only permitted via appointment.
  • No liability is accepted by the owners for any injury, loss or damage to person or property.
  • Entering the site and using the swims is done so entirely at your own risk.
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice (7 days for whole lake bookings) must be given should you need to cancel your booking. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours (7 days for whole lake bookings) will not be refunded, but may be moved to an alternative date. Bookings that have been moved to an alternative date due to cancellations within the minimum notice period are NOT eligible for a refund, even if the new cancellation is made within the notice period.
